Getting Informed.

Everyday now I have been looking at the pros and cons about this task.

I have found out that the State government has quite a big say in it and there is even a Federal government law causing a few difficulties.

Even though this topic is constantly looked into I fell that if I can harass the local government they might actually listen to me.
